Throughout the 2006 year, J.B. worked with my agile team at Siemens Medical. He not only trained me to be a better scrum master, but he worked firsthand with every member of my team teaching them TDD practices, Pair Programming practices, and other valuable agile lessons.

Wayne led a workshop at XP 2006 conference (xp2006.org) in which we explored "agile practice anti-patterns", searching for patterns in difficulty adopting agile practices. I believe this is an active area of research for him.
