Throughout the 2006 year, J.B. worked with my agile team at Siemens Medical. He not only trained me to be a better scrum master, but he worked firsthand with every member of my team teaching them TDD practices, Pair Programming practices, and other valuable agile lessons.

As a result, we became one of the leading teams in the organization on these practices, and we set the bar for pair programming practice at that time.
